80 East to 46 East (at Willowbrook Mall), to Route 3 East, to Garden State Parkway south. Take Exit 149 (stay to right at toll plaza). Take exit , turn left at stop sign. Go one bock to Beech Street and go right. Go 3 blocks on Beech to “T” in road (Broad Street) . Gym will be diagonally across street.

FOOTBALL- same as above. Exit 149- make right at stop sign, go straight through light (Kennedy Blvd). Stadium is on right about 1 mile.
